Most of my recent posts have been more educational than personal, so I want to take a minute to give an update about my mental health.
I have been dealing a lot with anxiety lately. To help with it, I joined a 10-week anxiety group that my therapist is running, there are 7 weeks remaining.
I had my depression under control for a good few months. It has now broken through my controls.
I have been experiencing increased energy mainly in the context of anxiety.
This is all hard to write about for a few reasons:
- I don’t feel like talking about it.
- My motivation is low.
- I’m cycling through moods up to several times in a day and it’s hard to keep up with, let along organize into anything that makes sense to a reader.
I’ll try to write something better for next week.
What you wrote is real, and that will always be more than good enough.
