Recently there has been a lot in the news about a charity in he UK called Heads Together.  The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Henry are spearheading this campaign, which is an official charity at the upcoming London Marathon.

There have been multiple video’s that have come out surrounding this campaign, including one in which Prince William and Lady Gaga have a Skype conversation about mental health.

In connection with Heads Together, Prince Henry has been speaking about his experience in dealing with the death of his mother, Princess Diana, and how it wasn’t until recently that he has come to terms with his loss.

I think it is wonderful for the mental health community to have members of the royal family speaking so openly about mental health and addiction.
